Retail Architect

Your Mission

• Design On stores and partner retail formats within EMEA
• Deliver conceptual and schematic designs
• Prepare internal approval presentations
• Ensure designs align with standards and regulations
• Collaborate with external partners
• Review and verify design drawings
• Contribute as team member or manage small teams
• Provide drawing construction and fixture packages
• Work with Construction Managers
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Assist with landlord communications
• Conduct on-site observations when required

Your story

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
• 5-7 years retail design experience
• Proven track record in retail concept development
• Expert in 2D/3D software
• Expert in construction and fixture development
• EMEA market experience (Italy a plus)
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects

About the Team

Part of EMEA retail expansion team, overseeing cross-functional projects in market analysis, retail strategy, concept development, and delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders in EMEA Retail Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Construction and FM.
